Despite this, Jové conceded that Bagnaia might have a slight advantage, stating, “He’s trying; he’s saving many ‘set points’ in the sense that he’s fighting. And let’s not forget that even we doubted how he would cope mentally after the crashes, with Ducati and Aprilia. But he’s reacting very well. However, it feels like Pecco has something extra.”
