The Seeker’ (featuring Pete Townshend and Nakhane) is the first single from Rachel Fuller’s album of the same name.
Composer Rachel Fuller has released *The Seeker*, the first single from her upcoming album of the same name, which reimagines the timeless journey of self-discovery from Hermann Hesse’s *Siddhartha*. The novel, which has sold over 100 million copies since its 1922 release, tells the story of a man’s quest for enlightenment, a theme that Fuller explores through a blend of classical music and modern rock influences.
Fuller’s *The Seeker* includes additional music and lyrics by Pete Townshend of *The Who*, adding an emotional depth to the album. The project features an impressive lineup of artists, including Nakhane, Sir Elton John, Emeli Sandé, Layton Williams, Sunidhi Chauhan, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The album also includes narration by the late Christopher Plummer, further enriching the storytelling experience.
To celebrate the album’s launch, a one-night-only world premiere of *The Seeker* will be held at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, on November 6, 2024. The event will feature
