The design draws inspiration from the original Crystal Palace Exhibition Hall, featuring a modern glass façade and improved facilities, including enhanced hospitality areas, a club museum, and a café .

To minimize disruption, the construction will be carried out in phases, allowing Selhurst Park to remain operational throughout the redevelopment. The new stand will be built behind the existing one, ensuring that matchday experiences continue uninterrupted.
