“The result wasn’t what we wanted, but you can’t beat this experience,” he stated. The unity within the team played a crucial role, and Tomac noted that everyone could return home proud, aware of the areas needing improvement.

Tomac felt strong early in the day, but as the motos progressed, the track deteriorated, posing difficulties

for the riders. “I went as hard as I could for as long as I could,” he remarked, acknowledging the toll the challenging conditions took on his body.

One of the highlights for Tomac was the overwhelming support from the fans. “Seeing a hillside full of fans and hearing the number of people that came to watch this weekend was wild,” he said.
