For Oliver Glasner, the end of this Premier League season is something he won’t want to come given the form he’s got his side in.However the season will wait for nobody and now there is just one game remaining this season, coming next Sunday against Aston Villa.Saturday saw an impressive 3-1 win over Wolves which also means Crystal Palace have risen to 12th in the table and still in with a chance of catching Brighton.But for all the positives right now, there was one moment from the game which wasn’t ideal, now Glasner has shared his verdict.For Will Hughes, Saturday saw his game and potentially season ended in the 15th minute as he had to be withdrawn due to injury.It was a painful one and saw him replaced by Naouirou Ahamada who was far from impressive.After the game, however, Glasner revealed that Hughes was actually in tears from the injury while speaking to BBC Sport.

“We hope it’s not too serious, it was a knee-to-knee. He had his leg in the air but there was tears. He has pain but we hope it is not too serious.”

Due to the timing of the injury, even a minor one could be the end of his season.
