Unfortunately, he was sidelined quite often in 2023 due to injury issues and was even suspended by the team for a game late in the year. Heading into 2024, he’s got a new mindset and is ready to get back to locking up opposing receivers.

With that in mind, he’s also receiving some hype from the national media.

Bradley Locker, an analyst for Pro Football Focus, listed Alexander as a huge bounce-back candidate for the 2024 season. The Green Bay Packers certainly hope his projection comes true.

“Alexander talks a lot of smack, and he regularly backs it up. Alexander’s track record has been stellar. With a clean bill of health, the 27-year-old should instantly boost a revamped Packers defense looking to return to its fierce ways.”

During the 2023 season with the Green Bay Packers, Alexander ended up playing in just seven games. He racked up 27 total tackles to go along with a forced fumble and five defended passes. It was the first season in his career that he didn’t record an interception.

At just 27 years of age, Alexander is still very much in his prime. He is still an elite cornerback, but he needs to put it all back together.Green Bay went out and improved their secondary this offseason with the addition of star safety Xavier McKinney in free agency.
