Meghan and Harry called out for outrageous money spent on children’s…
An American journalist has called Meghan Markle and Prince Harry “fraudsters” over plans for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The couple have been seen picking up elite private schools around their Montecito home, including one whose fees can reach £40,000 a year, prompting critics to slam the couple’s hypocrisy.
US journalist Lee Cohen praised the royal couple, saying it was “scandalous” that Meghan and Harry would put their children in a “reasonably expensive” school as “self-proclaimed champions of equality”. Speaking to GBN America, Cohen said: “It is absolutely infuriating to hear that Harry and Meghan, self-proclaimed champions of equality and social justice, are even considering enrolling their children in an exclusive, VERY expensive school
An American journalist also described them as “furious”. If they are willing to submit to this epitome of elitism, equality cannot be defended. “Yet they are willing to pay tens of thousands a year to educate their children. How can they justify this when so many families struggle to afford even the basics, even though they claim to be against ?” n Harry and Megan The reporter was furious when the couple looked at elite private schools He continued: “Send your children to one. the prestigious institution fully exposes Harry and Meghan’s deception. Perpetuating the systems of privilege they claim to expose.” With the Duke and Duchess of Sussex exploring schools, an imminent return to the UK seems unlikely. Cohen’s outbursts follow other royal commentators who say Meghan must “take responsibility” for her children, who growing up with little Cohen said the couple would maintain “systems of privilege” they are expected to exhibit
Speaking to the BBC’s former royal correspondent Jennie Bond, she said: “Children grow up and you naturally wonder about their opposite heritage and background… and when your heritage is one of the most famous families in the world, it must seem quite strange and perhaps sad that you barely know or remember them n “Imagine 15-year-old Archie telling his friends: “My grandfather is/was a king! And my uncle is/will be king.”.
