NASCAR President Steve Phelps recently offered a heartfelt tribute to Martin Truex Jr. as the veteran driver announced his decision to step away from full-time NASCAR Cup Series racing. “Martin has been a class act. He is a clean race car driver, never dirty, and he’s got a great fan base, and we will miss him,” Phelps said.
