Eli Tomac Ruled Out of Fox Raceway National Following Moto 1 Crash

The motocross community received disappointing news from Fox Raceway as Eli Tomac was forced to withdraw from the event following a crash during the first 450MX moto.

Tomac, one of the sport’s most respected and accomplished riders, went down during Moto 1, immediately raising concerns among fans, teams, and fellow competitors. Medical personnel attended to the KTM rider on-site, and initial scans were conducted to assess the extent of his injuries.

Fortunately, early evaluations have provided some positive news. According to KTM USA, Tomac has been cleared of any broken bones following the incident. While this comes as a relief, the veteran rider will not continue competing at Fox Raceway and has officially been ruled out of the remainder of the National.

“Eli was evaluated on site and cleared of any broken bones. He will undergo further evaluation later this week,” KTM USA confirmed in an official update.

Although the absence of fractures is encouraging, Tomac will undergo additional medical examinations in the coming days to determine whether any other injuries were sustained during the crash. The results of those evaluations will help establish a timeline for his recovery and potential return to racing.

The setback comes as a frustrating moment for Tomac, who entered the Pro Motocross season with high expectations and hopes of challenging for victories and championship points. His experience, speed, and determination have made him a fan favorite throughout his illustrious career.

As the motocross world awaits further updates, fans across the globe will be hoping for a swift recovery and a quick return to the track for one of the sport’s greatest competitors.

More information regarding Tomac’s condition is expected later this week following additional medical assessments.
